Ingredients – Meatballs

1 lb (450g) ground beef (or a mix of beef + pork)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste – optional but recommended)

1 egg

½ cup breadcrumbs

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions – Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients and mix gently until well blended.

Roll into 1½-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Spicy Mayo Dip

½ cup mayonnaise

1–2 tablespoons Sriracha or gochujang (to taste)

1 teaspoon sesame oil
