Crunchy Cottage Cheese Chips – Quick, Healthy & Crispy Snack

- Baking sheet or air fryer basket
- Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
- Blender or food processor
- Spatula and measuring cups/spoons
- Wire rack (for cooling)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (well-drained)
- 1 large egg or 2 egg whites (for binding)
- 2–3 tbsp flour or starch (optional, for extra crispiness)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Seasonings of choice: garlic powder, paprika, herbs, cinnamon sugar, etc.
Optional mix-ins: seeds, nuts, dried herbs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Mix in egg (or egg whites), optional flour/starch, salt, pepper, and chosen seasonings.
Spread mixture thinly on parchment-lined baking sheet or in air fryer basket.
Bake 12–18 minutes (rotate halfway) or air-fry 8–12 minutes (shake basket halfway) until golden and crisp.
Cool completely on a wire rack to retain crunch.

Thin layers = crispy chips; thicker layers may remain soft.
