Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 7 oz (1¾ stick) softened butter, plus 1 Tbsp to grease a baking sheet
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1½ cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup pure vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 9 x 5 loaves of butter.
- In a large bowl, sift the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder and salt. sit down.
- With a hand mixer or hand mixer, beat the butter and cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and stir for 1 minute.
