Oven-Baked Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders
These Oven-Baked Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders are golden, crunchy on the outside, and juicy on the inside — with no frying needed! Coated in a flavorful Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, they’re baked to perfection and make the ultimate dippable dinner or snack.
Ingredients:

1½ lbs chicken tenders (or boneless chicken breasts cut into strips)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

½ cup regular breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 eggs, beaten

Olive oil spray (or melted butter, optional for brushing)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a wire rack over a baking tray for extra crispiness.

Prepare the breading mix:
In a shallow bowl, mix together Parmesan, panko, regular breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. -
Dip the chicken:
