1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1–2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
⅓ cup honey
1 tbsp hot sauce (like sriracha or your favorite brand)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.

Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until just pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Make it Hot & Sweet:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in the hot honey sauce and simmer for 1–2 minutes, until it slightly thickens.
Combine and Finish:
Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Cook another 1–2 minutes until heated through and sticky.
Serve:
Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
Serve over rice, noodles, or a fresh salad.
