Falafel Pitas

Ingredients :

  • For 4 people
  • 4 pita breads
  • Falafel
  • A cucumber
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • 1 red onion
  • A white sauce


1. Open your pita breads and place them in the oven at 170°C for 5 to 7 minutes so that they heat up a little.

2. Rinse the salad and cut the cucumber into rings. Peel and chop the red onion.

3. Now top your pita breads with the salad, 3-4 slices of cucumber, some red onions and your falafels. Then cover everything with white sauce.
