Filling

Instructions
Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).Roll out pizza dough into 6–8 inch circles on a lightly floured surface.Brush edges lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, combine chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and optional spinach. Mix well.
Assemble the Calzones
- Spoon filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a ½-inch border.Fold dough over to create a half-moon shape.Press edges with a fork to seal. Cut small slits on top for steam.
Add Topping
- Brush calzones with egg wash.Sprinkle extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
Bake or Air Fry
