Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients:
For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Pizza:

1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: sliced red onion, spinach, or mushrooms

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Make the Alfredo sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
