Ingredients
- 1 glass(es) of lukewarm milk
- 9 ounce of flour
- 1/4 cup(s) of oil
- 1 C. salt
- 1 packet of baker’s yeast
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 – chicken breast
- 2 – onions
- 1 C. paprika
- – – salt and pepper
- – – Cheese (grated cheese and portioned cheese)
- – – sliced olives
- 2 clove of garlic
Instruction
1 – Put the lukewarm milk, oil, sugar, yeast and egg in a bowl. Mix well then add the salt and flour until you obtain a slightly soft and homogeneous dough (like that of a pizza).
2 – Form a ball of dough by oiling your hand, let it rest and rise for about 30 minutes.
3 – In the meantime prepare the stuffing: in a pan with a little oil, brown the onions cut into strips and the chicken breast into small cubes, salt and pepper, add the remaining spices and the crushed garlic. Cook for a few minutes then leave to cool.
4 – Degas and thinly roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a bowl.
5 – Place a little stuffing and cheese then close and seal the edges well with a fork.
6 – Then place the soufflés on a baking sheet with baking paper or sprinkled with flour. Brush egg with a little milk and put a black olive in the center.
7 – Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Preferably eat them hot.
