This Banana Split Delight is a luscious layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake layer, fresh bananas, pineapple, strawberries, and whipped topping, all finished with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and sprinkles. Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Fruit & Toppings:

  • 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced

  • 2 cups whipped topping (for topping)

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Chopped nuts (optional)

  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

    • Press firmly into a 9×13-inch pan.

    • Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

  2. Cream Cheese Layer:

    • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.

    • Fold in whipped topping.

    • Spread over the chilled crust.

  3. Layer the Fruit:

    • Arrange sliced bananas over the cream cheese layer.

    • Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.

    • Top with diced strawberries.

  4. Add Whipped Topping & Garnish:

    • Spread remaining whipped topping over the fruit layer.

    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

    • Sprinkle with chopped nuts, sprinkles, and top with maraschino cherries if desired.

  5. Chill & Serve:

    • Chill for at least 2-3 hours before serving.

    • Slice and enjoy!

  • Always drain the pineapple well to avoid soggy layers.
