Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese or chopped mushrooms
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp finely diced onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or thyme
  • Optional: 4 small butter pats, shredded cheese, BBQ sauce
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions
 

  • Mix Ingredients In a bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ricotta or mushrooms, and all seasonings. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form Patties Divide into 4 equal portions. Shape into ½-inch thick patties. Insert butter pat or cheese in center if desired. Chill for 15–30 minutes.
