Instructions

  • Dip: Coat chicken in Caesar dressing or whisked eggs.
  • Bread: Mix crushed croutons, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Press chicken into mixture until coated.
  • Cook: Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and crispy (about 4–5 minutes per side), or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  • Rest: Place cutlets on a wire rack to keep crispy.
  • Serve: Plate with romaine lettuce, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and garnish with lemon wedges.
