Instructions

  • Layer: Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie base, smoothing evenly.
  • Bake: Place springform pan in a larger roasting pan. Add hot water halfway up the sides for a water bath. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes, until cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Cool & Chill: Remove from oven, cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
