Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook Bacon: Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.

  • Chill Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.

  • Coat: Roll balls in crumbled bacon, herbs, nuts, or crushed crackers.
  • Serve: Arrange on platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
