Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley, lemon zest, chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Prep Chicken Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Sear Chicken Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to plate and cover.
  • Make Butter Glaze Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to skillet and melt. Stir in honey, garlic powder, and paprika. Simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Combine & Finish Return chicken to skillet. Spoon glaze over each piece. Cook 1–2 minutes more, turning to coat. Let rest off heat for 5 minutes.
  • Serve Garnish with parsley or lemon zest. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
