Ingredients

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ lb hot Italian sausage (or chorizo/spicy chicken sausage)
  • 2 tbsp honey (raw or hot honey)
  • Fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, or basil)
  • Olive oil for brushing crust
  • Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Roll out dough on a floured surface. Transfer to parchment-lined peel or baking sheet.
  • Spread sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Layer mozzarella (if using), then sprinkle feta and cooked sausage.
  • Add herbs and chili flakes if desired.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  • Drizzle honey over hot pizza immediately after baking.
  • Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
