Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or thawed frozen, drained)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Make Filling: Mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble: Spread filling evenly over puff pastry, leaving a small border. Roll tightly into a log.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the log for 20–30 minutes to firm.
  • Slice: Cut into ½-inch rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara or ranch dip.
