Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach, drained)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prep Pastry: Thaw puff pastry and roll out evenly on a floured surface.

  • Bake: Brush with egg wash. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Drain spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy pastry.
  •  Use freshly crumbled feta for best flavor.
  •  Add sun-dried tomatoes or chili flakes for variation.
  •  Vegan option: use dairy-free cheese and skip egg wash.
  •  Freeze unbaked twists for future baking.
