Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • ½ cup warm milk (100°F/38°C)
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Extra butter for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Activate Yeast: Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
  • Make Dough: Add flour, condensed milk, egg, butter, and salt. Knead until smooth and elastic (10 minutes by hand or 5–6 minutes in mixer).
  • First Proof: Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  • Shape: Punch down dough, shape into loaf or rolls, and place in greased pan.
  • Second Proof: Let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  • Finish: Brush with melted butter for shine. Cool slightly before slicing.
