Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked white rice (jasmine or basmati)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef or sirloin strips
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Rice: Rinse rice and cook until fluffy. Stir in butter and garlic while hot.
  • Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown beef with salt, pepper, and paprika until cooked through.
  • Assemble Bowls: Place garlic butter rice in serving bowls. Top with beef.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over hot rice and beef. Cover briefly to allow cheese to melt.
  • Garnish: Add parsley, green onions, or chili flakes.
  • Serve: Rest for 2 minutes before serving to let cheese settle.
