Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade, 8 biscuits)
  • ½ lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • ½ lb crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika + cayenne)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Biscuits: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place biscuits on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Cook Seafood: In a skillet, sauté shrimp with garlic until pink. Add crab meat and seasonings. Remove from heat.
  • Make Filling: Mix seafood with mayonnaise (or cream cheese), shredded cheese, green onions, and lemon juice.
  • Top Biscuits: Flatten biscuits slightly. Spoon seafood mixture on top of each.
  • Bake: Brush biscuit edges with melted butter. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve: Garnish with extra green onions or parsley. Serve warm.
