Instructions
 

Prep Sweet Potatoes:

    Pat dry to remove excess moisture.

Season & Oil:

  • Toss sweet potato rounds in olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
    Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Roast:

  • Preheat oven to 400–425°F (200–220°C).
    Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and edges are caramelized.

Add Toppings:

  • Remove from oven.
    Drizzle with honey and sprinkle crumbled feta.
    Garnish with fresh herbs and optional nuts.
