Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Wash and trim radishes; halve larger ones for even cooking.
  • Toss radishes in a bowl with melted butter and sugar until coated.
  • Spread radishes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Serve warm as a side dish or garnish with fresh herbs.
