Ingredients
  

For Dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water

For White Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 roasted garlic cloves
  • Pinch of nutmeg

For Toppings:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (sliced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prepare dough: mix flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead until smooth; let rise until doubled.
  • Roast garlic: wrap cloves in foil with olive oil, bake until soft and golden.
  • Make sauce: melt butter, mash roasted garlic, stir in cream, season, and simmer until thick.
  • Cook chicken: sauté pieces in olive oil until tender.
  • Assemble pizza: roll dough, spread sauce, add chicken, sprinkle cheeses, and herbs.
  • Bake at 220°C (425°F) until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
  • Serve hot with garnish.
