Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Base:

  • 8 soft tortillas or pita

Optional Add-ins:

  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • ¼ cup sliced olives

Instructions
 

  • Season Chicken: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken evenly.
  • Cook Chicken: Heat skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
  • Rest & Slice: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  • Prepare Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Chop Toppings: Dice tomatoes, cucumber, and onion; shred lettuce.
  • Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas or pita briefly in skillet or oven.
  • Assemble Tacos: Layer chicken, fresh toppings, and yogurt sauce in tortillas.
