  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup cowboy candy (candied jalapeños), chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Fresh cilantro or jalapeño slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep Wings: Pat chicken wings dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with cilantro or fresh jalapeño slices. Serve hot with reserved glaze for dipping.

Notes

  • Pat wings dry before cooking for maximum crispiness.
  • Reserve extra glaze for dipping or drizzling.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer candied jalapeños.
  • Bake or air-fry for a lighter version compared to deep-frying.
  • Serve with cooling sides like ranch dip, coleslaw, or cucumber salad to balance the heat.
