Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: 325°F (165°C). Grease or line mini loaf pans.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in eggs one at a time. Stir in honey, orange juice, and zest.
  • Combine: Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture, alternating with milk, until just combined.
  • Bake: Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool & Serve: Allow cakes to cool 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve plain, with a glaze, or topped with whipped cream/ice cream.
