Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups medium pasta shells (uncooked)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brown Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add Aromatics: Stir in onion and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.
  • Build Sauce: Add tomato sauce, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  • Cook Pasta: Add pasta shells directly into the sauce. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (10–12 minutes).
  • Finish with Cream & Cheese: Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley or basil. Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
