  • Spatula
  • Clear 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Measuring cups & spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 package holiday cookies (Oreos, shortbread, or gingerbread), crushed
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (divided)

Instructions

  • Make Cookie Crust: Crush cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a clear baking dish. Chill to set.
  • Prepare Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust.
  • Add Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over cheesecake layer. Chill briefly.
  • Top with Whipped Cream: Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over pudding. Smooth with spatula.
  • Decorate: Garnish with sprinkles, candy canes, or chocolate shavings.
  • Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Slice with a sharp knife for clean layers.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best sliceable layers.
