Instructions
 

  • Prep Chicken: Trim excess fat and, if desired, pound breasts to even thickness.
  • Marinate / Season: Combine marinade ingredients or apply dry rub; let sit 15–30 minutes.
  • Pan-Seared Method: Heat skillet over medium-high heat with oil/butter. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side, then finish in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Oven-Baked Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place seasoned chicken on a baking sheet; bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Grilled Method: Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side, checking temperature.
  • Stuffed Chicken (Optional): Butterfly or roll chicken with fillings. Secure with toothpicks and cook using preferred method.
  • Resting: Allow cooked chicken to rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
