Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro or jalapeños for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped cilantro or jalapeños if desired.
