Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Non-stick spray or parchment circles
  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring spoons
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • ½ cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, olives)
  • Non-stick spray or parchment circles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tin or line with parchment.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Press each into a muffin cup, covering bottom and sides.
  • Spoon 1 tbsp pizza sauce into each dough cup.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over sauce.
  • Add chosen toppings, keeping pieces small.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain watery toppings (like mushrooms) to avoid soggy crust.
  • Use parchment or non-stick spray for easy removal.
  • Customize each cup for different tastes—vegetarian, meat-lovers, or kid-friendly.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
  • Freeze baked pizzas for up to 2 months; thaw and reheat before serving.
