Instructions
 

  • Prep Ingredients: Wash and dry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Assemble Bites: On each toothpick, layer one tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball.
  • Arrange: Place assembled bites on a serving platter or wooden board.
  • Season & Garnish: Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add optional pesto or olive oil if desired.
  • Chill (Optional): Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for extra freshness.
