Instructions
 

  • Make Dough: Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water. Knead until smooth. Rest until doubled (1–2 hours).
  • Prepare Pan: Grease pan with olive oil. Transfer dough and stretch to fit.
  • Dimple Dough: Press fingertips into dough to create dimples. Drizzle olive oil generously.
  • Add Toppings: Layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Bake: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and cheese bubbles.
