Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar-free pizza sauce (or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup diced chicken or bacon bits
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease oven-safe bowls or skillet.
  • Layer sauce: Spoon 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce into each bowl.
  • Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over sauce.
  • Add meats: Layer sausage, pepperoni, chicken, or bacon.
  • Add vegetables: Top with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and spinach.
  • Repeat layers: Add more sauce, cheese, and toppings until bowls are nearly full.
  • Final cheese layer: Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake: Place bowls on baking sheet. Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle with oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot straight from the bowl.
