Ingredients

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi (store‑bought or homemade)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Combine: Add chicken and gnocchi to skillet. Toss gently to coat. Stir in Parmesan.
  • Finish: Garnish with fresh herbs and extra lemon zest. Serve hot.

Notes
