  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup jam (raspberry, strawberry, or preferred flavor)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  • Shape & Fill: Spread dough into greased pan. Press small wells and spoon jam into pockets.
  • Second Rise: Let dough rest 20 minutes.
  • Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until golden.
  • Finish: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar for a donut‑like finish.
  • Serve: Slice warm or at room temperature.
