- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- ¼ cup honey or apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
