Instructions
 

Step 1: Brown the Ground Beef

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables

  • Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion, bell pepper, and any additional vegetables you plan to use.

Step 3: Layer Ingredients in the Slow Cooker

  • Add the diced potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with onions, bell pepper, carrots, and corn. Add the browned ground beef on top.

Step 4: Add Liquid and Seasonings

  • Pour the beef broth and tomato sauce over the ingredients. Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Stir gently to combine.

Step 5: Cook

  • Cover and cook:
