Fizz:

  • 1 cup soda water or sparkling water per 2 servings

Garnish (optional):

  • Fresh fruit slices, berries, or mint

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Fruit Puree: Blend or muddle fresh fruit with sweetener and optional lemon juice until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Mix Cream Base: Whisk together cream or alternative with extract and optional sweeteners.
  • Combine: Stir fruit puree into cream base gently. Adjust consistency with extra cream or water if needed.
  • Serve: Fill glasses with ice (optional: fruit-infused cubes). Pour fruit-cream mixture over ice, filling about 2/3 full.
  • Add Sparkle: Top with soda water and stir gently to combine without losing fizz.
