  • Knife + cutting board
  • Mixing bowl
  • Aluminum foil

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or similar)
  • 1 lb cooked turkey slices (roasted or deli-style)
  • 6–8 slices Havarti cheese
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Use moist turkey to avoid dryness.
  •  Don’t overload with cranberry—balance flavors.
  •  Cover with foil for melty cheese; uncover for crisp tops.
  •  Great way to use Thanksgiving leftovers.
  •  Best served warm; reheat in oven for crisp texture.
