- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef broth (low-sodium recommended)

Mix Beef: In a bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
