- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas or sliced carrots
- ½ cup mushrooms (optional)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup beef or vegetable broth
