Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and softened (about 3–4 minutes).
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in chopped spinach and cook just until wilted—don’t overcook.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over the skillet and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
