Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 lb salmon fillet (skin-on, center cut)
  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • Zest of 1 lemon + 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup cranberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Salmon: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon on lined tray, season lightly.
  • Make Glaze: Mix honey, citrus zest, and olive oil. Brush evenly over salmon.
  • Bake: Roast salmon for 20–25 minutes until just cooked through and glaze caramelizes.
  • Prepare Dill Sauce: Whisk sour cream/yogurt with dill, lemon juice, and pinch of salt. Chill.
  • Make Cranberry-Almond Topping: Toss cranberries, almonds, and parsley with olive oil.
  • Plate & Garnish: Transfer salmon to platter, spoon dill sauce alongside, sprinkle topping, and garnish with herbs or citrus slices.
  • Rest & Serve: Let salmon rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
