Ingredients
  

Meatloaves:

  • 1–2 eggs (for binding)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • 180°C (350°F) and line baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients:

  • Combine ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix gently to avoid dense meatloaf.
    Optional: add finely chopped vegetables or herbs.

Shape Meatloaves:

  • Form mini meatloaves (8–10) or one large loaf.
    Optional: chill 15–20 minutes to maintain shape.

Add Topping (Optional):

  • Brush with garlic butter or sprinkle extra Parmesan halfway through baking.

Bake:

  • Mini loaves: 25–30 minutes
    Large loaf: 45–50 minutes
    Check internal temperature: 74°C (165°F)

Rest & Serve:

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
    Garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan.
