Equipment

  • Skillet (for beef filling)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry brush
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 cubes cheddar, mozzarella, or American cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook Beef Filling: Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  • Prepare Dough: Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a circle.
  • Fill & Wrap: Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in the center. Fold dough around filling, pinching edges tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Garlic-Parmesan Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over bombs. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  • Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.

Notes

  • Dough options: Biscuit dough for fluffiness, pizza dough for chewiness.
  • Cheese choices: Cheddar for sharpness, mozzarella for stretch, American for creaminess.
  • Flavor twists: Add bacon, jalapeños, or BBQ sauce for variety.
  • Storage: Refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer for crispness.
  • Freezer-friendly: Freeze unbaked bombs for up to 2 months; bake from frozen with extra time.
