Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup neutral oil (sunflower or canola)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt

To Serve:

  • Pita bread or flatbread
  • Sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles
  • Fresh parsley or mint

Instructions
 

  • Make Marinade: Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices. Mix well.
  • Marinate Chicken: Coat chicken thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 2–12 hours.
  • Cook Chicken: Grill or roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden and slightly charred. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  • Prepare Garlic Sauce: Blend garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Slowly drizzle in oil until creamy.
  • Assemble Wraps: Warm pita bread. Layer chicken, garlic sauce, and fresh vegetables.
