Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prep Steak: Pat steak cubes dry. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Prep Zucchini: Wash and slice zucchini evenly.
  • Sear Steak: Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high. Add olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and rest.
  • Cook Zucchini: In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Toss zucchini until tender but slightly crisp, about 4–5 minutes.
  • Combine: Return steak to skillet. Toss with zucchini until flavors meld.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with parsley or Parmesan. Serve hot with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
