  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook shells: Boil pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare garlic butter chicken: Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat.
  • Mix filling: Combine chicken mixture with ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella in a bowl.
  • Make Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, add cream, simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan until smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff shells: Fill each shell with chicken-cheese mixture. Arrange in baking dish.
  • Assemble: Pour Alfredo sauce over shells, sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Bake: Cover with foil, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy hot.
